Join us at Girl Tribe Gang Maidenhead and Windsor on 18th June 7.30pm at Saints café where we're bringing you a power hour from Bethany Joy, who asks "Is your marketing saying what you think it's saying?"
The language you use in your marketing is communicating something about the personality of your business – who you are and what you’re like. But is that language presenting an accurate picture? Most people focus on the information they need to communicate about themselves and their work. But they don't think as carefully about the actual words they use to convey that content – their style and brand tone of voice.
So in this power hour we’ll merrily throw marketing jargon out of the window and keep things simple, interactive, and fun. Bethany will be using a variety of exercises and examples to offer us a practical guide to shaping the language our businesses use, so that through it people get a better sense of who we are and what we have to offer – and actually want to engage with us.
The #powerhour will be followed by our signature relaxed networking with a focus on human connection. We’d love to welcome you to the tribe. Grab a guest ticket below x

We are the award winning collective for women who work for themselves, are spinning a side hustle, or who are aspiring to quit the 9-5.
Here at Girl Tribe Gang we know that working for yourself, or being in that place where you want to work for yourself, can be pretty lonely and we thought that if we could help to reduce even a tiny bit of that isolation you’re feeling, well then that’s going to have a positive effect on your overall health, emotional, mental well-being and success.
We are all about connecting you with like-minded women, empowering you, and helping you grow in confidence and knowledge, in a relaxed and informal way.
Girl Tribe Gang is a space where women can build each other up, where women DO feel connected, where they can feel they can collaborate, where they can be encouraged and empowered, where they can grow in confidence and their knowledge – a space where like-minded women can feel part of something special.
Our mission is to create a community for women who might have aspirations to work for themselves, who might be in the transition stage of ditching the 9-5 and for women who have already taken the plunge. Find out more at www.girltribegang.co.uk
