The new year’s revolution! The anti new year’s resolution health and well-being workshop

  • The OIde Bell High St Hurley, England, SL6 5LX United Kingdom (map)

Ditch the fad diets and lying to yourself about what new year’s resolutions you are going to make this new year and try something different this January. Here at bright yellow coaching and co we are starting an anti-new year’s resolution movement and want you to join us!

  • Are you sick of making new year’s resolutions that don’t stick?

  • Have you tried to make changes in your life before and failed?

  • Are you not sure how to make the first step to what you want to achieve in 2019?

  • Is your health in need of a bit of a reset?

  • Do you want to know how to make effective changes to your diet to improve your overall health?

  • Have you got a career change or new venture in mind and don’t know where?

We’ll help you kick start the year by reflecting on what you actually want, getting unstuck on a particular issue and creating your personal next step plan for progress in 2019.

At our half day reset retreat we’ll use group and personal reflection exercises to help you make plans that stick this year.

Aoife Morrin of Happiness Transformation will teach you how to make targeted nutritional changes that help support your body and mind in a healthy and sustainable way.

Debbie Lawrence of the Holistic Therapy Centre will also show you how to choose natural alternatives to the toxins we fill our bodies with every day to further support your health and wellness.

You will also have the opportunity to try our nutritious snacks and favourite juices from our juice cleanse programme.

Refreshments and snacks provided. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements well in advance of the session.  Speakers subject to change without notice.

Reflection and sharing experiences, being around others helps to address your own issues and learn.

I loved the reflection.

The hot seat provided many challenging questions for me to reflect on later and the samples of food were excellent. The whole experience was wonderful with a lovely energy in the room.
