Who can BENEFIT FROM coachING?
Everyone can benefit from coaching. You can benefit from coaching. Whether you have specific goals in mind or wish to develop some, if you have a desire to change and are up for experimenting, you will get something positive out of coaching.
Not all coaches are for everyone and it may take you a while to find the right one - don't give up! Notice what you like and don't like about coaches you have met and select your next coach accordingly.
where would we meet?
It's important that where we meet is right for you. I don't coach from my home or yours, nor from your workplace. However, I have a variety of regular places that I coach from including professional meeting rooms, cosy hotels, vibrant bars and therapy rooms. Should you have somewhere in mind that is discrete and in which you feel comfortable, we can work together there. Otherwise, I can make some suggestions for you to choose from.
how long is a session AND HOW OFTEN WOULD WE MEET?
Sessions usually take between 1.5 - 2 hours. Unlike therapy, coaching supports you through achieving goals so we meet less regularly, usually every 3 - 4 weeks, to allow time for action. Courses of between 6 - 10 sessions are common but everyone is different and we will work it to fit you.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Sessions and programmes are payable in full prior to their commencement. Cancellations within 48 hours of session will be charged in full.
